Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Do you do local pickup?
Yes we do! Use code "PICKUP" at checkout. You can pickup at any upcoming markets or in the GTA (location given upon confirmation)
How long does Shipping take?
All orders are custom-made. Processing times are typically within one week, and your order will be shipped after this.
Once shipped, delivery times are between 2-7 business days in North America, 8-15 Internationally.
If you need it sooner feel free to email me and I can try to expedite the process!
Where are you shipping from?
We are shipping from Toronto, ON! We use USPS, NL Post, Dragonfly/Intelcom, and Canada Post (when they are not on strike lol)
Returns
Each item is custom made to order, so we cannot accept returns. Returns will only be considered if the product arrives faulty or damaged.
Refunds
All sales are final since items are handmade and unique. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty upon arrival.
Exchanges
Because all products are personalized, we cannot process exchanges. An exchange will only be offered if the original item has a manufacturing defect.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the faulty item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Design Peeling?
This may also happen, you can fix it with a household iron.
1. Heat iron up to 280-300 degrees
2. If you dont have an ironing board you can lay a towel flat
3. Lay shirt flat with parchment paper on the part you'd like to fix.
4. Press iron down firmly on area for 10-15 seconds
5. Peel off parchment paper
Can I order a reprint?
Yes you can! Please email contact@pixelsbynicole.com with your original order number and we can recreate your apparel without the added design cost.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment, but I do pop-up booths around Toronto and across Canada a few times a month.
How do I wash my apparel?
For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Sticker application tips
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying your sticker. For best adhesion, apply the sticker slowly and press firmly to avoid air bubbles.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are water resistant. They adhere well to water bottles but we recommend avoiding dishwasher use.
Do discount codes work in person pop-ups?
No, they do not work out in-person pop-ups however we usually have some exclusive in person deals and free shipping when ordered at the booth.
