Yes, we offer international shipping.

We are currently working towards this! For now enjoy free shipping all September
How long does Shipping take?
All orders are custom-made. Processing times are typically within one week, and your order will be shipped after this.
Once shipped, delivery times are between 2-3 business days depending on your county.

Returns
We strive for quality and satisfaction. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom designs and sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Refunds are not available for custom designs or sale items.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the size or product may not be quite right. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in unused and original condition for an exchange.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom Designs are not eligible
Once we receive the item, we’ll process the exchange and ship out the new product. Please note that exchanges are not available for custom designs or sale items.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize!
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the faulty item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
FAQ
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment, but I do pop-up booths around Toronto and across Canada every 1-2 months.
How do I wash my apparel?
For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Sticker application tips
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying your sticker. For best adhesion, apply the sticker slowly and press firmly to avoid air bubbles.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our Stickers are water resistant. They adhere well to water bottles but we recommend avoiding dishwasher use.
